## Outcome
You will compare planned and actual performance while retaining useful production history.

## Before you start
- An order must move from Done to Archived.

## Menu path
Menu → Archive

## Step-by-step instructions
1. Move a completed order from Done to Archived in Orders.
2. Open Archive and apply product-field filters by selecting a field and value or range.
3. Compare Planned and Actual bars and monthly summaries.
4. Expand an order to review per-process planned time, actual time, percentage difference, and performer.
5. Use “Delete” only when the operational record must be permanently removed.

## What you see on screen
- Archive contains only Archived status and groups orders by archive month.
- Analytics aggregate planned and recorded actual performance.
- Numeric fields support ranges and text/list fields support known values.

## Effects of changes
- Archiving keeps the order and completions but removes it from the active list.
- Permanent deletion releases reservations and removes related operational records; files use soft deletion first.

## Important warnings
- Delete is destructive. Leave an order archived if its production history remains useful.

## Common problems
### An order is not in Archive.
Confirm its exact status is Archived; Done orders remain in Orders.

### A product-field filter has no options.
The field must exist on at least one archived order.
