## Outcome
You will identify who made an important organization change and when.

## Before you start
- Recorded events in the organization.

## Menu path
Menu → Audit

## Step-by-step instructions
1. Choose Category: Roles, Statuses, Order statuses, Inventory, Attachments, or All.
2. Optionally enter User ID and select “Filter / refresh”.
3. Read the business summary, date, category, action, user, and entity.
4. Expand “Technical details” to compare Before and After values when precise diagnosis is needed.
5. Select “Load more” to retrieve older events without losing filters.

## What you see on screen
- Business summaries translate event codes into readable changes.
- Before/After can contain identifiers and values needed to explain the event.
- Load more disappears when no older page remains.

## Effects of changes
- Filtering and expanding do not alter production data.
- Events are written automatically for covered operations and cannot be edited in this UI.

## Important warnings
- Details can contain organization operational data. Share exported evidence only with authorized people.

## Common problems
### An expected event is missing.
Choose All, clear User ID, and refresh; ordinary navigation is not audited.

### The list ends too early.
Use Load more; audit data is paginated.
