- For full metrics, generate a schedule and configure working time.

## Step-by-step instructions
1. Use “Previous” and “Next” to change month.
2. Review Scheduled hours, Capacity, Monthly utilization, Real utilization, and Downtime.
3. Focus or hover a question mark to read how its metric is calculated.
4. Compare cell intensity with the legend; cells show scheduled/capacity hours and percentage.
5. Select a day to open Daily Plan on that date.

## What you see on screen
- Capacity uses active workers, work hours, breaks, working Saturdays, holidays, and absences.
- Real utilization includes only dates on which work demand existed.
- Downtime classifies technological, resource, and planning causes.
- Legend colors show increasing load; 100% or more represents full capacity.

## Effects of changes
- Calendar navigation does not modify the schedule.
- Selecting a date opens Daily Plan; data changes only through task actions or regeneration.

## Important warnings
- Capacity metrics support operational decisions; also inspect material coverage and unscheduled reasons before committing a deadline.

## Common problems
### Capacity is zero.
Check work hours, holidays, active workers, and their absences.

### No downtime breakdown is available.
Generate the schedule first; diagnostics are produced during generation.
