# Daily Plan > Tasks by worker and workstation, filters, breaks, completion controls, and PDF export. - Canonical HTML: [https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/daily-plan](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/daily-plan) - Language: English - Roles: owner, manager, worker - Keywords: daily plan, tasks, filters, workers, workstations, PDF, downtime ## Outcome You will read one day's plan, focus the view, and record completed operations. ## Before you start - A generated schedule. - To complete work: Owner role or the assigned Worker. ## Menu path Menu → Daily Plan ## Step-by-step instructions 1. Choose a date with “Previous”, “Next”, or the date field, then select “Load”. 2. Select Workers and Workstations filters; use “Reset filters” to restore the full view. 3. Review worker and workstation sections, including task segments and breaks. 4. An owner or assigned worker selects “Complete” and enters the requested completion data. 5. Select “Undo” to remove an incorrect completion when permission and task state allow it. 6. Select “Export PDF” to print or save the selected date with active filters. ## What you see on screen - Daily progress separates To do and Completed hours. - A task row shows time, order, process, workstation, worker, and status. - Downtime excludes configured breaks and distinguishes late arrival, early finish, and a gap between tasks. - Workers receive only their own schedule rows regardless of interface filters. ## Effects of changes - Completing a task records performance and can move the order to In progress or Done. - Undo removes the completion so the task can be planned again. - PDF export does not alter data and reflects the current date and filters. ## Important warnings - Undo changes order progress and can affect the next schedule generation. ## Common problems ### There are no tasks despite active orders. Check date and filters, Ready/In progress status, and regenerate after order changes. ### Complete is unavailable. Managers do not complete tasks; a worker must be assigned, while an owner has the operational permission. ## Related articles - [Orders](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/orders.md): Create, filter, copy, edit, schedule, and move orders through their complete status lifecycle. - [Calendar](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/calendar.md): Monthly scheduled hours, capacity, utilization, downtime, and navigation to a day. - [Worker day](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/worker-day.md): A worker's daily flow: attendance QR, clock-in, assigned tasks, attachments, and clock-out. ## Screenshots - [The screen combines date navigation, filters, and operational task cards.](https://syncroplan.com/docs/en/daily-plan.webp): Daily Plan with date controls, progress, filters, and tasks
