# First sign-in

## Outcome
You will activate an owner account or securely start an account created by the owner.

## Before you start
- Owner: access to the company email inbox and authority to accept the terms, privacy policy, and data processing terms.
- Manager or worker: the full login and one-time password supplied by the owner.

## Step-by-step instructions
1. The first owner selects “Create organization”, chooses business/organization or private individual, enters the required details, and accepts the legal documents. A private individual also requests that service starts before the withdrawal period ends.
2. After submitting, open the activation email. The link is single-use: opening it again after confirmation reports that it is invalid or already used.
3. A manager or worker receives a company-code/username login and an owner-provided or automatically generated temporary password. A worker email is not required.
4. Enter either a verified email or the full organization login in “Email or login”, then select “Sign in”.
5. After using a temporary password, choose your own password. The app does not issue a normal session or expose organization data before this step.
6. Use the PL/EN switch in the menu to change the interface language; the browser remembers the choice.
7. Open Menu and choose a tab, or select Help to return to this documentation.
8. When finished, select “Sign out”. On a shared device, close the browser tab as well.

## What you see on screen
- The main menu separates daily production areas from setup and configuration.
- Available data and enabled controls depend on the owner, manager, or worker role.
- A message below the form explains invalid credentials, missing verification, or a required password change.
- Organization shows the current plan and subscription state. An active trial includes operational features and unlimited worker accounts, but not data import or export.

## Effects of changes
- Email confirmation activates the first owner, organization, and applicable trial. The standard trial lasts 14 days; registrations before 1 August 2026 receive 30 days.
- Changing a temporary password activates a pending manager or worker and consumes the one-time token.
- Changing language reopens the same application area in the selected locale.
- Signing out ends the active browser session.

## Important warnings
- Do not share passwords. The owner should create a separate account for every member.
- Operational access is blocked after the trial or paid plan expires until a plan is activated.

## Common problems
### The temporary password is rejected.
Use the complete company-code/username login, check password capitalization, and ask the owner to generate a new temporary password if needed.

### The email link expired.
Request another message on the verification screen and use the new link.

### Features are missing after sign-in.
Check your role and status in Organization. Each role has a different operating scope.
