# Troubleshooting > Fast checks for authentication, permissions, empty plans, materials, QR, printing, uploads, filters, and imports. - Canonical HTML: [https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/troubleshooting](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/troubleshooting) - Language: English - Roles: owner, manager, worker - Keywords: problem, error, sign in, permission, empty plan, QR, print, upload, filters, import ## Outcome You will isolate the most common cause before escalating an issue. ## Before you start - Record your role, tab, exact message, and when the issue occurred. ## Menu path Help → Troubleshooting ## Step-by-step instructions 1. Sign-in: use a verified email or the full company-code/username login. Complete the personal-password screen after a temporary password; Disabled remains blocked. 2. Registration: resend an expired verification link. Password recovery works only for an account with a verified optional email. 3. Permission: compare your role with Roles and permissions; a disabled control may be intentional. 4. Empty Daily Plan: reset filters, check date and Ready/In progress status, then regenerate. 5. Missing schedule: expand the order, read Reason, and correct skill, workstation, availability, or structure. 6. Materials: compare On hand, Reserved, and Available; cover all shortages before Ready. 7. QR: use today's code from the correct organization and close any earlier active session. 8. Print/PDF: allow the browser print dialog and review active filters before export. 9. Upload: use JPEG, PNG, WebP, or PDF within limits and confirm object access. 10. Filters: reset or remove filter chips and check date ranges and product values. 11. Import: sign in as an owner on an active paid plan, use valid JSON and the intended mode, then read every summary warning. ## What you see on screen - Inline messages explain validation failures and business conflicts. - Reason beside an unscheduled process is the strongest scheduling clue. - Audit helps owners and managers identify recent account, status, inventory, or file changes. ## Effects of changes - Refresh and filter reset do not modify data. - Regeneration replaces only unfinished planning. - Corrections, paid-plan imports, and deletions do change data; use them only after identifying the cause. ## Important warnings - Replace import requires an active paid plan. Never use it or deletion as a repair method without a current export and a clear impact review. ## Common problems ### The issue remains. Capture the exact message, role, date, object name, and steps since the last correct state, then send them to support. ### Tabs appear inconsistent. Refresh and check whether another user made a concurrent change; review Audit where available. ## Related articles - [Roles and permissions](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/roles-and-permissions.md): What owners, managers, and workers can do, plus the effect of membership status. - [Orders](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/orders.md): Create, filter, copy, edit, schedule, and move orders through their complete status lifecycle. - [Inventory](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/inventory.md): On-hand, reserved, and available stock, shortages, reservations, releases, and movement history. - [Settings](https://syncroplan.com/en/docs/settings.md): Work hours, breaks, Saturdays, holidays, plus paid append/replace data import and export.
